How we help you after we have found a prospective tenant
Once we have arranged viewings, advised you on your list of tenants and received your approval and/or selection, we will undertake a number of procedures on your behalf. These include:
- On-line Tenant Evaluation - all prospective tenants and, when
required, guarantors are screened for us by an independent credit
referencing agency. Only tenants referenced successfully will be
submitted to you for approval.
- We also take all reasonable steps to ensure proof of identity
and residency for all our prospective tenants in order to do our
utmost to confirm authenticity of each application.
- Preparation of the Inventory and Schedule of Condition to
ensure that there is a record of the condition of the property at
the beginning of the lease which must be maintained by the tenant
during the lease, (subject to the normal exclusions of fair wear
and tear).
