Monkhams Lane has been a fantastic family home and we originally chose this location due to its excellent local schools and lovely green open spaces. This is a friendly neighbourhood which is quiet and safe and is a perfect environment to raise our children. We often go out in London and can walk to Woodford station in about ten minutes.

Since we have lived here we have added a bedroom and en suite into the loft and a conservatory to the rear which has helped balance the bedroom and living space. The en-suites are great in the mornings and preventing any waiting time for the bathroom. We have kept the home modern but at the same time the right mixture of character.
