We have lived in this home for over 13 years and in Doddinghurst itself all of our lives. We have brought our family up here and love the area as it's so peaceful and has a great community feel.

We have maintained the property well over the years and even added a new roof recently including facias, soffits and guttering. We love our wood burner, perfect for the winter months. With added storage on the side of the property this could be turned into a garage if desired.

There is past planning permission to extend on top of the ancillary area should you so desire.
