I joined Douglas Allen back in 1988 as a Sales Advisor. Over the years I regularly hit sales targets and moved up to running my own branch in 1992.

I then gained promotion to Senior Branch Manager and then Branch Partner which led in turn to my current position starting in 2005 as a Group Manager, with a current responsibility of managing 6 Douglas Allen branches.

One of the most exciting parts of DA is the clear structured career path people can follow to better themselves. As both myself and others have found, working for the company for the time I have there DA have been nothing but supportive to me.

The job gives me complete satisfaction and in my view there is nothing better than to see staff growing in confidence and achieving targets and promotions.
