Anyone can sell a house in a good market, but it takes a great agent to sell a house in a more challenging market. This is where Douglas Allen come into their own. From training all the way through to the senior management it is clear that Douglas Allen are a cut above the rest.

They motivate staff with fantastic incentives and a structured career path that sets clear goals to aim for. Personally I have worked in the estate agency industry for over 4 years but my best years are the previous 3 years which I  have spent with Douglas Allen. After such a long period it is easy to become complacent and not enjoy work but the management have continuously driven me and set me goals to keep my spirits high and ensure my enthusiasm for the job never dims.

The highlight of my career so far was winning the award for top salesperson of 2007 and I will strive to achieve that again with every year that passes as it has proved to be so rewarding. I cannot imagine working for any other agent and I never want to, Douglas Allen are a fantastic company and I hope I am lucky enough to work for them for the next 3 years and beyond.
