I joined Mortgage Matters Direct as a Purchase Advisor in November 2007 working out of the Basildon branch of Douglas Allen. It was my 1st venture into mortgage advising and sales for that matter so it was a very daunting time. However the training & support I received from all the trainers and managers really spurred me on and without this support from MMD & Douglas Allen it would have been hard to make it in what was becoming an increasingly difficult market.

After a couple of months out in the field I became a fully fledged Mortgage Advisor instilled with the MMD & DA driven belief that with the support of my team I could be no.1. The management team really know how to drive people and anyone who has the motivation, drive and want to be the best at everything they do should look no further than the Arun Estates network.

After a year that had broken many people & where other companies have struggled,  MMD, DA and Arun as a whole still stand strong and I have a real faith and belief that not only will this remain the case, they will continue to be the best. I, personally, have just received a new car and am hot on the heels of Senior Mortgage Advisor status and I am also running the financial services side of 3 DA branches.
