Having joined Douglas Allen in 1997 as a Trainee Sales Advisor at the Wickford office, it was obvious to me that this was a company I could see myself working with for a long time.
Eleven years on I still feel the same way. I believe the reason for this is the continuous training and career development which has supported me throughout this time. Over the years I have regularly hit sales targets and progressed to the position of a Marketing Consultant, this opened up many more opportunities as now I had the responsibility of visiting peoples homes and advising them on how best we could assist them with their move.
Following further success hitting further targets I gained promotion to branch manager where my financial situation improved and I earned far in excess of my expectations due to the results achieved.
With the on set of a tougher market I am pleased and reassured by the support, training and direction shown to me which makes this company the leading company to work for in any market conditions.
